Seen on a trusted employer or ATS source, live at check time, fresh enough to be useful, and backed by positive evidence such as cross-source sightings.
How AutoAppli verifies real jobs.
Discover is built around a simple promise: show active, explainable job postings with enough provenance that you can decide what deserves your time. Every trust label is evidence-based, not a paid placement.
Confidence tiers
The badge tells you what the system knows.
Active first-party or ATS posting with enough evidence to show it is likely real, but not enough cross-source proof to overclaim.
The role is still visible, but one or more ghost-job risk signals were detected, such as evergreen language, repeated reposting, or always-open behavior.
The listing is inactive, dead, aged out, or missing from the latest refresh. Stale listings are hidden from default Discover results.
Evidence model
Signals feed ranking, badges, and recommendations.
URL liveness
Apply links are checked and stale rows are removed from the default feed when the verifier finds a dead or inactive posting.
Source provenance
AutoAppli preserves source, canonical source count, and mirrored ATS sightings so users can see why a role is trusted.
Freshness
Posted and last-seen timestamps shape trust, ranking, recommendations, and stale warnings.
Ghost-job risk
Heuristics flag evergreen templates, long-running open roles, and repeated reposting. Risk is surfaced before it is used to hide inventory.
Trust labels are not a guarantee.
A live URL and a good source do not prove a team will hire, reply, or keep the role open. AutoAppli makes the evidence visible, hides stale listings by default, and keeps risky jobs labeled so you can choose whether to spend time on them.
Next step
Start with roles that have a paper trail.
Discover combines source provenance, freshness, URL checks, dedupe, and match scoring so your first screen is jobs worth inspecting.
